All our items are handmade and we only use the highest quality wool. There are not two products that are the same, which makes each of them unique. All our items are made with love, care and thought.
Custom made orders will be shipped within two weeks of purchase unless otherwise agreed. Orders will be posted to the address given at the time of purchase unless you notify us otherwise. All items are carefully packaged using recycled packaging materials to ensure safe shipment. All other items apart from custom made orders will be posted within two (2) working days of receiving payments unless otherwise stated.
For USA, Canada and other countries outside of Europe the shipping costs will be calculated based on weights and volume of your order. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org before placing an order. Also note that you may be charged for local import duties and taxes as these are out of our control.
Unless faulty the following items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to specific requirements.
For all other items you have 14 days (upon receipt) to return/refund. Please note that a replacement is not always possible as most of our items are unique and one off. Upon return of the item in satisfactory condition you will be refunded the purchase price of the item. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping costs will not be refunded. The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs and making sure the item is returned in perfect condition.
